Returns
What items are eligible for returns?
  Items that are damaged during shipping, printing flaws, or that vary from the specified measurements over 1/4" are eligible for return.  Customer errors are not eligible for returns.  Please note that only store credit will be issued.  If you have any additional questions, please call us before you order at 888-878-4433.

Note: All sales are final 15 days after receiving the item and any eligible returns must be made within 15 days after receiving the item.
How do I return an item that is eligible for return?
  First take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us.  Then call us at 888-878-4433 so that we can determine if the item is eligible for return and whether or not we need you to ship the item back to us.  Some situations make it not necessary to return the item.  If we request the item back we will provide you with a shipping label.  Please do not send item back without speaking to a support person.  Once we receive the item back we will honor the exchange.

What if I want to exchange an item?
  Since the prints are made to order we don't offer any exchanges.
