At Fridge Fronts if we make a mistake we want to make sure we fix it quickly to your satisfaction guaranteed.
What items are eligible for return?
Items that are damaged during shipping, printing flaws, or that vary from the specified measurements over 1/4" are eligible for return.
Customer errors or a change, after an item is shipped, is not eligible for returns or refunds.

What if I want to exchange an item or get a refund if I change my mind?
Since the prints and solids are made to order we don't offer any exchanges or refunds after the product has been shipped.
If management does approve a return the buyer is responsible for shipping item back in new condition.
After the item is received and inspected for new condition a refund less a 20% restocking fee will be issued.
How do I return an item that is eligible for return?
If item is damaged take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us.
Then email or call us at 888-878-4433 so that we can determine if the item is eligible for return and whether or not we need you to ship the item back to us.
Some situations make it not necessary to return the item.
Please do not send item back without speaking to a support person.
Once this process is complete we will honor the exchange.
Note: All sales are final 15 days after receiving item. Any eligible returns must be made within 15 days of receiving item.
